We’ll also discuss your goals for healing, what freedom would look like for you, and how we can best work together to help you finally get unstuck.

Private Tapping Session
90 minutes
Step into a safe, supportive space designed to help you finally break free from the emotional grip of unhealthy relationships. Together, we’ll gently explore the attachment patterns, painful memories, nervous system conditioning, and subconscious beliefs that continue to keep you emotionally tied to someone you’re ready to release.
I’ll also support you between sessions with optional check-ins and personalized tapping scripts or recordings after each session, tailored to your specific triggers and healing process.
Over the course of our work together, you’ll develop a powerful new set of tools to help regulate your nervous system, protect your peace, and finally feel like yourself again.
