Hey, I'm Jennifer

​​I specialize in helping clients untangle themselves from the aftermath of toxic relationships, and finally unhook from the past & the partner they can’t seem to break free from.

 

I know what it feels like to feel stuck. To so deeply want to move on, to over analyze, to wonder how something could still have such a powerful hold on you, even after you don't want it anymore.

 

EFT was the first thing that actually helped me feel true internal shifts instead of temporary coping. After I experienced first-hand the worlds it's capable of moving, I felt called to become a Certified Practitioner and learn how best to share this incredible tool.  I'm extremely passionate about helping people heal and find emotional freedom and clarity with a modality that is both holistic and evidence-based.

Many of my clients come to me feeling confused, hurt, exhausted, isolated, and emotionally trapped by someone they feel like they “should be over” by now. Many feel deeply alone in their experience, disconnected from the support they need, and ashamed of how consumed they are, despite years of journaling, analyzing with friends, self-help content, and rebounds.

But this response to unhealthy relationships is far more common, physiological, and understandable than most people realize. The body and subconscious can hold onto that attachment long after the conscious mind is ready to let go. That’s where EFT can be incredibly powerful. 

EFT Tapping is an evidence-based acupressure technique that helps calm the body’s stress response while processing difficult experiences, fears, attachments, and triggers.

Together, we’ll clear the emotional charge from painful memories, find clarity around what really happened, heal the damage that was done, and find you that feeling of freedom so many people spend years chasing.
